Delete your account

You can permanently delete your ToxScan account, scan history, and all associated data at any time. We process deletion immediately — there is no waiting period.
Delete from inside the app
- Open the ToxScan app and sign in if you are signed out
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right of the home screen
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog
You will be signed out and your account, scan history, saved alternatives, and health profile will be permanently removed from our systems.
If you can't access the app
Email info@explorebetterpath.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account email and login credentials
- Every product scan you have performed
- Every flagged ingredient associated with your scans
- Your saved alternatives list
- Your health profile flags
Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for up to 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your ToxScan account does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately to stop being billed.
Google Play: Open the Play Store app on your phone → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap ToxScan → Cancel subscription.
Apple App Store: Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap ToxScan → Cancel Subscription.
